Cameron Constance

Cameron Constance is the Managing Director of Constance Conservation Pty Ltd, where he leads the company's mission to preserve and enhance Australia's natural landscapes. With extensive experience in ecological roles and fauna management, Cameron designs and manages conservation and wildlife projects across the country. His expertise in bush regeneration, revegetation and noxious weed control is crucial for restoring native habitats and promoting biodiversity. Cameron is also deeply involved in environmental construction, wildlife surveys and controlled burn preparations, ensuring the health and resilience of natural ecosystems.

Beyond his role at Constance Conservation, Cameron runs educational programmes that foster environmental awareness and stewardship. He has managed Frontline For Wildlife (FFW), a charity dedicated to protecting and restoring wild places and the species that depend on them. Cameron has studied and specialises in herpetology, wildlife sustainability and vegetation management, holding various research projects and certifications in these fields. His leadership and commitment to conservation have established Constance Conservation as a trusted name in the field, known for its high-quality work and successful partnerships.

Lynda Beck

Lynda is the Office Manager, responsible for handling all administrative aspects of the company and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Lynda is willing and eager to take on any task handed to her, and to learn whatever is needed to help the company succeed.

Ryan Arford

Ryan joined Constance Conservation as supervisor and project manager in early 2024. His passion for Australian bushland and wildlife streamlined his pathway to supervisor and project manager within four years of working in the industry. Ryan's double qualification, Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management (2021) and Certificate III in Environmental Arboriculture (2022 to 2023), has built his expertise in conservation works and fed his passion for Australia's gum trees and wildlife.

Ryan's role consists of undertaking conservation projects that protect, preserve and maintain bushland and wildlife habitat within the Sydney region. While doing so, he is responsible for a team of conservationists who aid in the mission of protecting native species of fauna and flora.

As Bush Regeneration Supervisor he leads and oversees the regeneration of bushland sites in western Sydney, focusing on sustainable land management practices, and supervises the training of a small but very experienced team of bush regenerators. He plans and implements bush regeneration activities including weed control, revegetation, erosion control and habitat restoration, collaborates with team members, stakeholders and clients to achieve project goals and ensure compliance with environmental regulations, and conducts site assessments and monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of regeneration activities.

Maddie Bee

Maddie's role involves participating in projects related to bush regeneration, revegetation, noxious weed control, environmental construction, wildlife surveys, burn preparation and asset protection, rehabilitating bushland and natural areas, including creek lines and degraded land, back to their natural state. Maddie is responsible for controlling weed invasion and safeguarding native plant communities.

Bailey Sellen

Bush regeneration team member, currently studying a Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management. Bailey holds a Certificate II in Animal Care and is passionate about the conservation of animals and their natural environments, with a keen interest in the ecological aspects of marine and freshwater environments.

Bailey's role involves participating in projects related to bush regeneration, revegetation, noxious weed control, environmental construction, wildlife surveys, burn preparation and asset protection, and is responsible for controlling weed invasion and safeguarding native plant communities.

Ethan Magtoto

Ethan is a second-year university student pursuing a Bachelor of Science, double majoring in Zoology and Ecology. As a bush regenerator at Constance Conservation, Ethan brings his academic knowledge and enthusiasm to a range of ecological projects. His role involves bush regeneration, revegetation, noxious weed control, environmental construction, wildlife surveys, burn preparation and asset protection.

Ethan's work focuses on rehabilitating bushland and natural areas, including creek lines and degraded lands, restoring them to their natural state. He is responsible for controlling weed invasion and safeguarding native plant communities.

Ethan Teuma

New to the field but brimming with passion and dedication, Ethan joins the team as a budding bush regeneration specialist. Armed with a growing knowledge base and a commitment to sustainability, he immerses himself in the intricacies of ecological balance and the work of preserving and restoring natural habitats.

Ethan's role involves projects related to bush regeneration, revegetation, noxious weed control, environmental construction, wildlife surveys, burn preparation and asset protection. He rehabilitates bushland and natural areas, including creek lines and degraded land, and is responsible for controlling weed invasion and safeguarding native plant communities.

Jordan Darnley

Jordan's role is pivotal in restoring and maintaining native ecosystems. His responsibilities include bush regeneration, removing invasive species, planting native vegetation and noxious weed control. Jordan also participates in environmental construction projects, wildlife surveys and burn preparation, and rehabilitates bushland, creek lines and degraded lands.

In addition, Jordan collaborates with local environmental organisations and educates the community about conservation practices, contributing to long-term land management strategies and sustainable conservation efforts.

Matthew Constance

Matthew's role involves a broad range of ecological activities essential for preserving and restoring natural habitats. He participates in bush regeneration, focusing on re-establishing native vegetation and controlling invasive species. His work in revegetation involves strategic planting and nurturing of indigenous flora, while his expertise in noxious weed control is crucial for protecting biodiversity.

Matthew also contributes to environmental construction projects such as wildlife corridors and erosion control structures, and conducts wildlife surveys that provide data on species diversity and population health. His preparation for controlled burns reduces wildfire risk and promotes the regeneration of fire-adapted ecosystems.
